All deposits made and fees paid on Sixer 11 to play or in connection with Fantasy Cricket are final. We recognise that customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, so only error-oriented transaction cases will be reviewed.
If you are not fully satisfied with any deposit, purchase, or fee paid on Sixer 11 and feel there is an 'Error' in the transaction, please let us know about that within 3 days from the transaction date, and we shall certainly review the transaction and determine the resolution at our discretion. Sixer 11 reserves the right to cancel any match(es) for any reason, with or without disclosure of the reason, and refund all fees paid for such matches by any users within 1-3 business days.
Sixer 11 forbids users from joining any game or contest once the match is started or live. Any content that is not played or that has a mandatory team to participate, and if that requirement is not fulfilled, those contests will count as invalid, and all the joining fees will be refunded to the related user's wallet in 24 hours.
